Emulating Phonegap/Cordova Apps in the Desktop Browser

Amazing emulator for debugging phonegap API on Chrome!

you can actually run off of the file:/// scheme, just need a couple of steps:1. you need to close chrome and then start it with the --allow-file-access-from-files flag2. go to chrome://extensions page, find Ripple and check off the "Allow access to file URLs" checkbox3. enable Ripple as you describe and it should all work
